In this study, Ni50Ti50 powder was coated on the surface of graphite substrate (C) via a plasma spraying process using radio frequency inductively coupled reactor. The coating carried out 12- and 9-kW power under Ar atmosphere. cross-section layers were examined with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrum (EDX), Diffractometer (XRD) analyses microhardness test. thickness quality increased input power. Many pores detected in cross-sectional areas. Higher caused better layer NiTi alloy. hardness decreases higher
